Unfortunately currently we do not offer returns/refunds for any beans or consumable items.
If there is an issue with your product please reach out, let us know and we would be happy to discuss options with you.
Considerations will be made for non-consumable items if reported and sufficient evidence can be produced within 3 days of receiving your order.
Code 1 Coffee Co, aims to have all orders processed and shipped/delivered within 3-5 business days. Some orders may take longer to fulfil in which case you will be notified via email. You will also receive confirmation once your order is on it's way.
Australia Post is utilised for postage orders, meaning shipping times may vary. However estimated timeframes are;
- Standard 5-7 business days
- Express 3-5 business days
Please notify us immediately if your package does not arrive, there is a delay or clear damage to your items.
